Through exercise therapy including sports massage, exercise prescription, rehabilitation exercises and movement re-patterning, L E T supports clients in beginning, maintaining and developing an active lifestyle for sport, health and fitness. Treatments offered include sport massage, kinesiology taping, run coaching and exercise programming for injury, rehabilitation and performance.
I have always prioritised physical activity as part of a healthy lifestyle, maintaining an exercise focus through whatever life has thrown at me. With interests including family walks, water sports, running, snow sports and CrossFit, I am keen to share my passion for healthy exercise through recreation and competitive performance.
As a health and exercise professional, I like to keep up to date with the research and constantly top-up my learning to bring current and effective treatment methods to Lindum Exercise Therapy.

" I first met Anna when I contacted the University of Lincoln to ask if they could help with my marathon training to run my first London Marathon in 2017. They couldn’t have paired me up with a better person. After meeting Anna on the first day I knew I was in safe hands.
Anna devised a 12 week marathon training programme for me and also met with me once a week for a personal training session. The weekly sessions always had a bit of variety and as the weeks passed I could see the improvement being made and welcomed Anna pushing me on that bit more. When I crossed the finishing line of the marathon on 23 April 2017 I knew I wouldn’t have managed it without Anna’s help."
